I’ve been going back and forth with the thought of leaving a review because everyone at the shop was super kind, but that’s the extent of the positive experience I had. My car shut down on 222. Completely died mid drive. I had it towed to Kdm and told them the failure seemed like it could be a fuel pump issue (I have a high mileage Honda and haven’t had to replace that yet) they called me back the next day and told me it was the fuel pump! It was about 1200 to repair and I was relieved. I went to pick it up (it was in the same spot the tow truck left it) and made it about a half a block before it shut down the exact same way. Obviously no one had even tested it to make sure it was driveable after replacing the fuel pump. Never picked up my car from any shop before and had it break down immediately. (Shop guys were nice enough to push it back in the garage, that was appreciated) Then they told me it was a sensor, another 200 dollars. Replaced that. Then they called and told me it still wasn’t fixed. They told me the part I need isn’t in production anymore, it would be too expensive and they couldn’t guarantee it would work. Did some work on my 2000 firebird had a few lights on that wasn’t supposed been on,they tak care of that quickly!the guy at the front desk was awesome and they’ll work with you! I would highly recommend using these guys 💯💯💯

Another outstanding experience with KDM Automotive. This time we brought in our Nissan Rogue, which needed several repairs to pass inspection, and the team had everything diagnosed, repaired, and completed in less than 6 hours. The service was professional, efficient, and stress-free from start to finish. Communication was excellent, especially their text message service. They really meet you where you are at and make approvals, updates, and questions incredibly easy throughout the process. KDM Automotive has been excellent. I brought my 2018 Audi A6 in for inspection, emissions, and rear brakes, and they handled everything in one visit with clear communication and no hassle. Pricing was straightforward, approvals were quick, and the work was completed the same day without delays. The team is professional, organized, and easy to work with. After multiple visits now, I trust them with both routine maintenance and larger repairs. This is officially my go-to shop. Highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently took my 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera to KDM Automotive for a full PDK and gear oil service, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and handled the car with great care — something you really appreciate with a vehicle like this. They kept me informed throughout the process and completed the job efficiently and at a very fair price compared to the dealership. It’s clear they take pride in their work and value their customers. I’ll definitely be bringing my Porsche back here for future services. Highly recommended!
